Billing: Add student name on each invoice. Some billing accounts has more than one student on it. (This will help with parents who have to submit invoices for state reimbursements for each child in our program)

Until we create this feature, a workaround would be to add line-items with each students' name included on the invoice. If needed, you could put the price for the line items at 0 so they are for informational purposes only.
