It takes forever to change each date after entering grades. Either autopopulating the date of the day of entry or at least allowing me to enter the date once and then it fills for all areas would be so very helpful.

When entering grades in the top grid, it would be a massive time saver if Spark automatically attached the current date to it. It is very time consuming and tedious to have to go to the bottom fields and edit every single date.

This can cause big confusion when entering grades!

We're hosting a homeschool conference in April and I was wondering if I can create an enrollment form in Spark and take the conference payment.

Add a photo upload to assignment submission via in program camera. Unless I am missing something, right now the only option is to take a pic outside the program, save to computer, then upload into the program.

I would love to have a bulk text system added to send out alerts to families - such as early closings, weather issues, roads closed, etc. Not all of our families or students use email that often. Text is essential for reaching everyone. thank you.

Custom grade, not weighted or given a letter, but just a custom field we can type any name and any data as the grade. By law, we can't give out letter grades as a learning center, we can just give out scores % on quizzes and tests.

This would be a place where students can upload files of any type as a record of their work. The folder "Porfolio" would also appear in the Files & Folders page as a sub-folder for each student.

Export data in forms into a spreadsheet format

I wanted to discuss the idea of adding a new tab to student profiles that would allow us to maintain a continuous record of student information. While I appreciate the existing "notes about student" section, I believe having a dedicated tab next to the profile would be beneficial for both teachers and administrators to log ongoing notes about each student. It would be great if each entry could include a timestamp and the name of the person who made the entry. This feature is particularly important for our special-needs students, especially in the event of any incidents or physical altercations. For instance, we might need to document minor occurrences, like a child calling a teacher a name or a preschooler having an accident that required a change of clothes. Having a clear record of these events, complete with dates and times, would help us address any concerns and communicate effectively with the relevant staff members. This feature would not be visable to parents/students only admin. I truly hope we can implement this, as electronic documentation is crucial for us. Thank you so much Maybe event an "incidents" tab?
