"Onboarding page" A master sheet that shows Gardian and all the consents and forms
It is cumbersome to have to look in so many places to see if a guardian has filled out all the forms, given consent to the sms. and provided all the uploads.

the "send an email" pop out can be moved over or it populate in a way that doesnt cover all the information on the page.

On the custom emails when you copy and paste something - it would keep the format.

Archiving guardians and students - when you archive a guardian it would archive all guardians and students that are related.
Currently it seems that I have to archive each guardian and each student individually. Hopefully I archived them in all the right places :) Thank you

It would be very good to have the ability to add notes on the billing tab of the guardains. not only on their profile tab

Links editable or custom to the school - not the software.
Links sent to parents/guardians/prospective families should reflect the School or the Purpose of the form. "Please make splash" editable or custom to the school - not the software.

Flavicon / Icon that shows up when you send a link should reflect school or function of link.
Right now all links show "Staff Portal" instead of "Pay Your Tuition" or Greenbriar School Portal"
