I wanted to discuss the idea of adding a new tab to student profiles that would allow us to maintain a continuous record of student information. While I appreciate the existing "notes about student" section, I believe having a dedicated tab next to the profile would be beneficial for both teachers and administrators to log ongoing notes about each student. It would be great if each entry could include a timestamp and the name of the person who made the entry. This feature is particularly important for our special-needs students, especially in the event of any incidents or physical altercations. For instance, we might need to document minor occurrences, like a child calling a teacher a name or a preschooler having an accident that required a change of clothes. Having a clear record of these events, complete with dates and times, would help us address any concerns and communicate effectively with the relevant staff members. This feature would not be visable to parents/students only admin. I truly hope we can implement this, as electronic documentation is crucial for us. Thank you so much Maybe event an "incidents" tab?
