We are playing around with the planning and now have excess archived clutter

currently I have to click onto enrollment, then scroll to the bottom for each program to tell if I have any new enrollments.

the ability to have parents select a time on a calendar for parent / teacher conferences or any other meeting.

When a student submits an assignment, it would be helpful if they could choose whether to submit a photo, video, or written response. This would shift submission control to the student rather than requiring the teacher to pre-select the format. If a photo or video is uploaded, having an accompanying text box to provide context would be helpful.

a way to offer an availablity and for parents or students to sign up or schedule those times.

Since you have the Billing platform, how difficult would it be to add some income and expense accounts for record keeping???? Something to thing about over the break :) Merry Christmas!
