Add a Portfolio section to the student portals

This would be a place where students can upload files of any type as a record of their work. The folder "Porfolio" would also appear in the Files & Folders page as a sub-folder for each student.

Yes, please! We currently use the Notes about Students section on the Student profile pages, then hyperlink to documents in Google Drive. Having this simple access would be fantastic for students, teachers, and parents.
